We do not ship outside of United States.

Our products are designed and engineered not to wear out. Should you feel the performance is less optimal regardless how old our purchase is, try washing it with any type of dish washing or cleaning detergent. Please contact us if further help is needed.

Although we strive to ship the orders as soon as possible, we regularly attend Arts and Crafts Festivals. The packages are generally shipped next business day, on very few occasions slightly longer. Christmas, Hanukkah or Holliday Season are busiest time for the Post Office, please order early and avoid potential Winter or Holiday delays.
